We had the lasagna, fried zucchini and cheese sticks. As expected everything was absolutely amazing! This family knows food and how to prepare it perfectly! We always loved the Thai food here and now the Italian cuisine. They have an amazing selection of beer, liquor and a limited wine menu. The wine I tried was very good and priced very reasonably. Great job!!

Our server, a shining star of hospitality, left a lasting impression with her warmth and expertise. Her genuine friendliness coupled with a thorough knowledge of the menu added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. Speaking of which, the libations offered were a treat for the taste buds, with each sip offering a burst of flavor that complemented the meal perfectly. As for the food itself, while not necessarily reaching the pinnacle of Italian cuisine, it certainly held its own. We had the pleasure of sampling three dishes, each leaving us satisfied and eager to return for more. In summary, while this restaurant may not be the pinnacle of Italian dining, its clean atmosphere, attentive service, and tasty offerings make it a solid choice for a satisfying meal. With a little something for everyone, it's certainly worth a visit—and perhaps even a repeat one at that.

Loved it! We ordered to-go. Everything was so good. The flavors of the food were as surprising as they were delicious. We had pork medallions and chicken parm, salads and bread. Not one complaint. And the atmosphere it's intriguing and interesting. Really draws you in. This was our first time... but it won't be our last. Already planning what we want to have next week. You gotta try this place!!!!!

Highly recommend! From the beer, to the food, to the cocktail list, I couldn't find something not to like! You can tell they use fresh ingredients and that everything is made from scratch. It was so delicious and fresh. The beer list is fantastic! They have a lot of TN beer options, but also a lot of other unique options from other national breweries. The service was great! The servers were busy and hustling, but we never felt neglected. I can't wait to go back and eventually try the whole menu.

Looking for something off the beaten path, a place to call your own 'hole in the wall' place? Look no further. This place was everything I could have ever wanted, without knowing it's what I wanted! I sat at the bar, and the service was quick and attentive, I was immediately sat by the owner herself, who welcomed me and was so happy to answer any questions I had! The bartender who served me made great recommendations and even blew me away with one of the best appetizers I've ever had! The vibes of this place are spooky meets relaxation, a bit of quirky feels that make you feel right at home. Nothing pretentious, just great service, great drinks, and amazing food! Don't let this place slip you by, try the Cavatappi Cassie!

For those who love Asian cuisine, Blossm is a must! Having good portions and exquisite flavor, their Lao/Thai dishes are excellent. The atmosphere is very quaint and the staff is both polite and professional. They have a great bar with a selection more akin to what one would expect from a downtown tavern. This place is a gem somewhat hidden off the main thoroughfare in Hindersonville. Definitely worth a try and the occasional repeat visit even for those traveling and not native to the area. Locals, this place should make your list of casual frequency!

We have visited this great little gem a couple of times now and I felt compelled to give it a glowing review! You must visit this lovely place for great food and amazing service. Everyone goes above and beyond to give you a great dining experience. It is a place where everyone will feel welcome! I’ve had the pesto tortellini added chicken, the Pork Ragu and my husband always orders the chicken Parmesan. The salads are lovely as well paired with excellent dressings. Go visit!

Wife and I went there 4/24/25. We had the Classic Bruschetta as a starter. Each meal included a salad. I had, Nonna's Lasagna. Wife had, the Cavatappi Cassie. I was very impressed by the flavors of ALL the dishes. We were served by MAK. Mak was very knowledgeable of the menu, gave suggestions, and was very pleasant. Very quaint, excellent vibes, SUPERIOR FOOD, SERVICE and AMBIENCE. Best Italian food we have had so far. We will be back. No desert, portions were bigger than my stomach, hard to do.
